In 2015, he was again promoted to the Assistant General Manager and most recently accepted the position of Mohegan Sun’s President and General Manager. Jeff returned back to the Human Resources Department as the Director of Compensation and Benefits and was quickly promoted to VP of HR. He was later promoted to HR Communications Manager and then decided to learn something new by accepting the position of Advertising Manager. Jeff Hamilton began his career at in June 2004 where he worked in the Human Resources Department as an Employee Relations Counselor. The teams in each department have helped foster my growth by giving me the tools necessary to continuously strive for perfection and learn new aspects of the every changing industry while encouraging me to be the best that I can be.' Throughout my years with the company, holding various positions, including restaurant service, housekeeping and banquets, I have found support from team members and management alike. I quickly embraced the Spirit of Aquai and found the culture of Mohegan Sun not only refreshing but it helped me fuel my passion to provide the best possible service and experience to not only our guests but to coworkers as well. 'My beginning at Mohegan Sun started straight out of high school, with the intention to just earn money while going to college.

Jessica models the Spirit of Aquai everyday as she has worked alongside the banquet team in a leadership capacity to deliver the highest in service to our meeting guest. Jessica joined Mohegan Sun back in 2008 as a Housekeeping Office Assistance and through her dedication and attention to detail she has worked her way up the organization from a Banquet Server to most recently a Banquet Shift Manager where she has been taking care of the convention customer in every aspect of service execution.
